March is National Nutrition Month®, a nutrition education and information campaign created annually in March by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The theme for 2017 is “Put Your Best Fork Forward”, which acts as a reminder that each bite counts. Making just small shifts in our food choices can add up over time.
Washington University Dining Services is celebrating National Nutrition Month® with a month-long raffle with three grand prizes: $100 Target gift card, Fitbit Alta™, and a free massage at Sumers Rec Center. You – students, faculty and staff – can earn entries into the raffle the following ways:
