March is National Nutrition Month®, a nutrition education and information campaign created annually in March by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The theme for 2018 is “Go Further with Food,” which acts as a reminder that healthy eating can help you reach personal goals. Making just small shifts in our food choices can add up over time.
Washington University Dining Services is celebrating National Nutrition Month® with a month-long raffle with two grand prizes: Ibby’s Dinner for 4, or a Chef’s Table event at the Studio 40 Kitchen for you and six friends. You – students, faculty and staff – can earn entries into the raffle by purchasing Bear Balance meals or items. Each Bear Balance meal is worth 2 punches on the National Nutrition Month punch card; and Bear Balance items are worth one punch. You can enter as many times as you like. When you fill up your 10 punches, turn your card into a Dining Services cashier and receive a new card for the raffle.
PURCHASE BEAR BALANCE MEALS OR ITEMS: Receive two punches on your punch card for every Bear Balance meal, and one punch for every Bear Balance item.
