Rebecca Miller is a registered dietitian nutritionist with Washington University in St. Louis. As a part of the Dining Services team she works with students to help them navigate the dining program, including where they can eat on campus that will meet their nutrition & dietary needs and preferences. Rebecca also provides guidance for the culinary team to be inclusive of the nutrition needs of the student population.
Rebecca works with WashU’s Habif Health and Wellness Center, providing clinical nutrition therapy to students. As a board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietitian (CSSD), Rebecca also works with WashU’s Athletic Department meeting with students, coaches, and administration to provide nutrition consultation for performance fueling needs.

Claire Conroy is a registered dietitian nutritionist with Washington University in St. Louis. Claire coordinates special dining and nutrition events for students on campus, such as Fall Welcome events, Moonlight Breakfast, cooking classes, and National Nutrition Month. Claire also helps coordinate special events with Bear Necessities, Campus Card, and works closely with other departments including Campus Life, Sustainability, and Admissions for their dining event needs. Claire coordinates the release of our monthly nutrition newsletter, Nutrition E-News, focusing on an anti-diet and gentle approach to nutrition.
Peyton Dixon is a registered dietitian nutritionist with Washington University in St. Louis. Peyton works directly with students regarding individualized nutrition and dietary needs based on their own personalized nutrition and wellness related goals. Peyton also provides medical nutrition therapy in collaboration with WashU’s Habif Health and Wellness Center. Additionally, Peyton works alongside the WashU culinary team to ensure students with certain dietary needs are being accommodated effectively to promote equity on campus. With a background focus in sports nutrition, Peyton works with WashU Athletics to consult with student-athletes, provide team-talks, and advocate for ways to continue improving the way that WashU student-athletes are provided for.
