Rebecca works closely with our culinary team to refine and develop the dining program to stay consistent with the most current Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Rebecca is available to work with students to ensure that they are able to navigate the robust Dining Services landscape in a way that is meaningful and safe for their dietary needs.

Susan Caciano is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, STOTT Pilates Instructor, and has a Master’s in Nutrition and Physical Performance.
