University departments, schools or Student Union-recognized organizations can use our table top displays to promote an activity or event at Washington University in St. Louis to the campus audience. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Table top advertisements will be displayed for two weeks from Monday morning through the end of the day on Sunday on the second week.

Plead read through the following information before submitting.
- Applications should be submitted for approval at least two weeks in advance.
- Approvals will only be granted for events or activities that are sponsored by a University School or Department, or a Student Union recognized group. No advertising for political candidates or issues will be approved.
- Design approval is required by WashU Dining Services. Please upload a sample of your document in the application below.
- The name of the sponsoring group must appear on the design.
- The designs must be printed as 3.75″ wide by 8.5″ tall (216 mm x 93 mm).
- The designs must be printed, cut, and organized by the requesting group/organization. A total of 100 designs should be printed.
- The Bear’s Den: 60 copies
- The DUC: 20 copies
- The Village: 20 copies
- The printed designs must be delivered to the WashU Dining Office in Eliot B by Paws & Go on or before the Friday before their two week slot begins. The Dining Services office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
