WashU Dining Services allows WashU student groups and departments to host a food truck on campus to cater an event. This policy statement directs approval, locations, and guidelines for how a food truck can be accommodated on the Danforth Campus. Please read through the Food Truck Policy BEFORE submitting your request for a food truck to cater your event.

Important Notes:

  1. Read through the entire Food Truck Policy. Please note that only catered food trucks will be approved by WashU Dining (i.e. the food is free to guests).
  2. Determine your location for your event based on the Approved Food Truck Locations in Appendix A. Reserve your space through the appropriate department as outlined in Appendix A (Event Management or Parking & Transportation).
  3. Please read through the Danforth Campus Facilities Access Policy. Please note that all food trucks must be escorted on and off campus by a WashU employee. Please work with your Event Management coordinator to escort the truck appropriately onto campus.
