Thanks to our amazing chefs and the campus community for participating in Chef Celebration Week! 👨‍🍳 Chef Celebration Week has arrived! EDIT: Good News! The AYCTE Pilot Program has been extended until May 7th, 2025! Prost to an epic Oktoberfest celebration!✨We hope you enjoyed the festivities at the DUC and the delicious German cuisine! In celebration of Filipino American History Month, Dining Services and The Fattened Caf are bringing a Kamayan to campus! Kick off your fall festivities with Oktoberfest at the DUC! 🥨🍂 Allergen-friendly dining is available at our Simple Servings Stations! Simple Servings is available at The Bear’s Den, The DUC, and The Village and offer menu items prepared without the top 9 food allergens. All students can order from Simple Servings. Check out some of the delicious meals served last week at Simple Servings, including Hawaiian Kalbi Ribs and Simply Grilled Chicken!
