Beast Craft BBQ & LaJoy Coffee at Parkside Café

Schnuck Pavilion

Beast Craft BBQ

Owners David and Meggan Sandusky started Beast BBQ to honor St. Louis style and the pedigree and history that makes barbecue taste so good. David uses his background in fine dining and passion to find ethically sourced meats and produce in his barbecue. Beast BBQ got their start in the winter of 2014 and received city-wide recognition in the Riverfront Times by Summer of 2015.

With appearances on the Food Network, Beast BBQ has continued to grow their craft and expand their reach. They are excited to share their style with the WashU community who come from all over the world. To meet students where they are, Beast BBQ will be sure to have food options that feel familiar while getting a one of a kind option on campus.

Beast Craft BBQ at Parkside Café is located in Schnuck Pavilion and serves STL Style BBQ, sides, burgers, salads, and wings.
