Susan Caciano is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Exercise Physiologist, STOTT Pilates Instructor, and has a Master’s in Nutrition and Physical Performance.

She grew up competitively swimming and enjoys reformer pilates as well as reading in her downtime. Susan has a private practice, Yellowbird Nutrition, where she teaches plant-based cooking classes and works with individuals to overcome chronic dieting and move toward a more peaceful and mindful relationship with food. She has experience working with disordered eating, athletes, chronic disease, and weight concerns. She enjoys helping individuals thrive with food, movement, cooking practices, and mindfulness to create simple habits that can last a lifetime.
