If I were to write a book or cookbook one day, it would be titled “Eat What You Love!”

Nutrition is more than just nutrients, it’s also about learning how to enjoy your food, while also aiming to consume good nutrition. I am a firm believer that you can & should love what you eat & eat what you love!

While you’re here at WashU I hope you learn how to eat for yourself now, as a college student. I also want you to realize and learn that your needs (and preferences) may change one day and you’ll be confident, adaptable & knowledge of how your nutrition can and should change then. Life is full of transitions, moving to college is just one of them. You’ll continue to need to adjust your life, including your nutrition.

Whether you have weight or other health concerns (blood sugar or blood pressure for instance), disordered eating behaviors, food guilt, need to fuel your performance, need to manage & enjoy eating with food allergies or intolerances, or just need to talk with someone about breaking down the many nutrition myths and misinformation out there, we are here for you!  Use your resources while you’re here and reach out to set up some one on one time together!
