Connie Diekman, RD, works closely with the culinary teams to refine and develop the WUSTL Dining Services program to stay consistent with the most current Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Our 2018-19 dining program is based on the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Connie is also an expert in working with students to ensure that they are able to navigate the robust Dining Services landscape in a way that is meaningful and safe for their dietary needs.
