Applications for Spring 2024 Table Top Displays are now closed.
We are now accepting applications for Fall 2024.
University departments, schools or Student Union-recognized organizations can use our table top displays to promote an activity or event at Washington University in St. Louis to the campus audience. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.
Table top advertisements will be displayed for two weeks from Monday morning through the end of the day on Sunday.
Table Top Display Calendar & Availability: Spring 2024

- Applications should be submitted for approval at least two weeks in advance.
- Approvals will only be granted for events or activities that are sponsored by a University School or Department, or a Student Union recognized group. No advertising for political candidates or issues will be approved.
- Design approval is required by WashU Dining Services. Please upload a sample of your document in the application below.
- The name of the sponsoring group must appear on the advertisement.
- Printed designs must be no larger than 3.75 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall (216 mm x 93 mm).
- Advertisements must be printed and cut by the requesting group/organization.
- Advertisements must be delivered to the WashU Dining Office by Paws & Go by the Friday before scheduled to be put out.
Advertisements should be counted, sorted and labeled for each location with the following quantities:
- Bear’s Den: 75
- Dain’s Dining Commons (DUC): 40
- The Village Café: 25
- Stanley’s Sushi & Tea: 25
- Parkside Café: 25
- Whispers Café: 25
- Total for All Locations: 215
