Live, Learn & Eat On The 40

The Studio40 kitchen, housed in the Bear’s Den, was designed to get students to live, learn, and eat together in a program that seamlessly integrates academic rigor with real-life lessons. Reflected here in our demonstration kitchen, students take part in experiential learning while enjoying the freshest, tastiest food found on a college campus.

The venue has quickly become a hot place to book cooking classes, small gatherings amongst friends and formal chef tables with students, faculty and guests. Housed directly alongside the various made-to-order food concepts in the Bear’s Den, Studio40 provides a bustling, energetic setting, while still providing warmth just like your home kitchen. The open-air kitchen space mixed with surrounding windows is inviting yet protected.

Chef demonstrations and Chef Table events provide guests with an intimate setting and multi-course formal meals or casual family-style gatherings where our campus chefs are on-site educating about our dedication to eating fresh, sustainable fair in a socially responsible manner. Cooking classes focus on a variety of topics including healthy eating, themed meals, sushi rolling, pastry creations and more.

Studio40 is interactive, creative and fun. Our dining team is flexible and can create just about anything to suit your needs and palette. It’s all about action, interaction and satisfaction!
